Sådan bruger du Femometer Vinca II Thermometer

easure your temperature every morning as soon as you wake up, before getting out of bed. Remove the cap of the thermometer and turn on your app. Wait for the app to pair with the thermometer. Place the thermometer under your tongue and wait 1-3 minutes until you hear three beeps, indicating that the measurement is complete.

Read the result on the LCD screen and view it in the Femometer app*. After several measurements, you will see a temperature curve in the app, and it will analyze your data and provide times when you are expected to ovulate. It will also give you recommendations on when to consider using ovulation tests.

Once you know your cycle and ovulation, you will know the best times to have sex to increase the chances of getting pregnant.

*The Femometer app can be downloaded and used for free. You can use Vinca II with the free version of the app.
