TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR USE OF GRAVIDTID.DK

These conditions only cover agreements between GRAVIDTID.DK and consumers (as defined in section 3, subsection 1 of the Forbrugeraftaleloven). If you are a trader, any agreement between you and GRAVIDTID.DK is different. You can only buy goods on GRAVIDTID.DK if you accept these terms and conditions. When placing an order, you always have access to read and accept the applicable conditions. You are encouraged to read these sales and delivery conditions thoroughly and familiarize yourself with the obligations and rights that the conditions imply for you. Including the special possibility of returning products ordered on the website.

PRIVACY POLICY

GRAVIDTID.DK will in some cases share the customer's information with third parties if it is necessary to implement a transaction regarding the return of money or the like. The business will not sell your name, address, email address, credit card or personal data information to any third party without your prior permission. EASY TO EXCHANGE FOR UP TO 14 DAYS

As a customer of GRAVIDTID.DK, you are obliged to have full right of withdrawal and exchange within 14 days of receiving your goods, provided you have not used the goods. However, not if it is a custom-made product. You pay for return delivery yourself - when we have received the item we will contact you and return the full amount to your account. PAYMENT METHOD

You can safely and securely pay by payment card on GRAVIDTID.DK's website. We accept all common cards such as Dankort, Visa and MasterCard. You will receive a confirmation per email when your purchase has gone through. This will typically happen 2 minutes after the purchase has been completed. We will always withdraw the amount only after the order has been dispatched. The order will only be canceled after the order has been shipped.

I WANT TO MAKE A COMPLAINT ON AN ITEM

You have 24 months right of complaint. Please note, however, that your complaint is not justified if the product has NOT been used correctly or with an unacceptable use. If the fault has NOT been caused by incorrect use or normal wear and tear, you can send the item back to us, after which GRAVIDTID.DK will decide whether the item will be repaired, exchanged or refunded. It can take up to 2 weeks before your treatment is completed. If you find an error or deficiency in your product, you must immediately advertise and make us aware of this. Contact us about the lack or error of your item as soon as you discover it. If you want to return a product, you must state in as much detail as possible what the problem is.
