Nutritional supplements for before, during and after pregnancy

Bio-Gravid is a food supplement consisting of 3 packages that together contain zinc, which contributes to normal fertility and reproduction. Magnesium, which plays a role in the cell division process after pregnancy. 10 μg vitamin D3, 27 mg organically bound iron. and 600 μg of folic acid, which is recommended both before and after pregnancy by the Danish Health Authority Bio-Gravid is intended for use both before, during and after pregnancy.

Advantages of Bio-Gravid

The Danish Health Authority recommends that women who intend to become pregnant eat at least 400 μg of folic acid daily from one month before conception to 12 weeks into pregnancy. This helps to reduce the risk of developing neural tube defects in the growing fetus, as folic acid plays a role in the cell division process and contributes to tissue growth in the pregnant woman. In addition, pregnant women are recommended to get 10 μg of vitamin D daily throughout pregnancy.
