Femometer Vinca Lite er et præcist digitalt termometer perfelt til basal tempperaturmetoden BBT, der hjælper dig med at forstå din cyklus trin for trin.

Sådan bruger du Femometer Digital Thermometer

Measure your temperature every morning as soon as you wake up, before getting out of bed. Place the thermometer under your tongue and wait for approximately 3 minutes until you hear a beep, indicating that the measurement is complete.

Read the result and enter it into your app. In the Femometer app, you will see a chart of your temperature. The app will analyze your data and calculate when you are most fertile and expected to ovulate.

Once you know your cycle and ovulation, you will know the best time to have sex to increase the chances of pregnancy.
